This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps to return or exchange your item(s), as well as the conditions under which we can issue a refund.


1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at info@freezchnie.com or call us at (814) 432-3719. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. You must include this RA number with your return package.

  3. Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during return shipping. Include all original documentation, tags, and accessories. The RA number must be clearly written on the return label.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the return item(s) to the following address:

    Please note, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect order).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after the item has been received. However, depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges. If the return is for a defective or incorrect item, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will send out the exchange item as soon as possible.

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the same return policies apply. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and customs duties/taxes may apply. Please ensure that any returned items are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
